Το Estrella επιστρέφει για δεύτερη συνεχόμενη χρονιά στο Domes Lake Algarve Autograph Collection, εγκαινιάζοντας το πρώτο του διεθνές εστιατόριο την Παρασκευή 10 Μαΐου 2024. 

Στην ειδυλλιακή ατμόσφαιρα του Domes Lake Algarve, του ξενοδοχείου της Marriott με την ιδιωτική λίμνη και τη μαγευτική θέα στη μαρίνα του Vilamoura, το Estrella φέρνει και πάλι την παγκόσμια street food ταυτότητά του στις ακτές του Ατλαντικού.

Την επιμέλεια του φετινού μενού υπογράφει ο Ασημάκης Χανιώτης, chef με ένα αστέρι Michelin με έδρα το Λονδίνο, ο οποίος φέρνει τη δημιουργικότητα και την υψηλή γαστρονομική του τεχνική στο project. Σε συνεργασία με την ομάδα R&D του Estrella και τον πορτογάλο chef Vítor Moreira των Domes, πραγματοποιήθηκε έρευνα στην περιοχή ώστε να ενσωματωθούν τοπικά υλικά και παραδοσιακές γεύσεις στο νέο μενού, μέσα από το φίλτρο της δημιουργικής street food κουζίνας του Estrella.

Ανάμεσα στα νέα πιάτα ξεχωρίζει το Dom Rodrigo Cheesecake – μια σύγχρονη προσέγγιση στο αγαπημένο παραδοσιακό γλυκό, με βάση crumble Dom Rodrigo, ανάλαφρη κρέμα τυριού, νότες από λικέρ αμυγδάλου Amarguinhaκαι και δροσερό ξύσμα λεμονιού.

Με πάνω από 200 θέσεις δίπλα στη λίμνη, το εστιατόριο συνεχίζει να προσφέρει μια ολοκληρωμένη all-day dining εμπειρία, συνδυάζοντας το δημιουργικό πνεύμα του Estrella με τη γευστική κληρονομιά της Πορτογαλίας: από Prego do Lombo σε ψωμάκι Bolo do Caco, vegan πιάτα, ceviche με φρέσκο ψάρι , μέχρι τα διάσημα  επιδόρπια του Estrella που έχουν απασχολήσει πολλες φορες τον διεθνή γαστρονομικό Τύπο.

Estrella returns to Domes Lake Algarve Autograph Collection for a second consecutive year, celebrating the grand opening of its first international standalone restaurant on Friday, May 10, 2024. Nestled in the tranquil setting of Domes Lake Algarve, a Marriott Autograph Collection hotel known for its private lake and breathtaking views of Vilamoura marina, Estrella brings its world street food flair once again to the Atlantic shores of Southern Portugal.

This year, Estrella proudly presents a refreshed culinary identity under the creative direction of Michelin-starred London-based chef Asimakis Chaniotis, who brings his deep expertise and bold perspective to the heart of the Algarve. In collaboration with Estrella’s R&D chefs and local Portuguese chef Vítor Moreira of Domes Lake Algarve, the team conducted extensive research in the region to craft new recipes that celebrate the local food heritage through the lens of elevated street food.

The result is a unique and inspired menu that honors both Portuguese tradition and Estrella’s signature playfulness. New highlights include the Dom Rodrigo Cheesecake — a perfect fusion of Dom Rodrigo crumble, smooth cheese cream infused with a touch of Amarguinha almond liqueur, and a citrusy burst of lemon. A beloved traditional dessert, reimagined with a bold, contemporary twist.

With seating for over 200 guests on the private lakeside, the restaurant continues to offer all-day dining rooted in Estrella’s global street food culture — from Prego do Lombo em Bolo do Caco (steak sandwich) and vegan specialties to ceviche and the legendary Estrella desserts that have captured international acclaim.
